💍WHAT MATERIAL ARE OUR PRODUCTS?

I work with japanese glass beads and different base materials: from thread, brass, steel...

A lot of my earrings are subsequently gold-plated, so I recommend reading the description of each product where the material is specified.

 

💎HOW LONG DOES THE GOLD PLATED COLOR LAST?

I do not guarantee the durability of the gold plating of my pieces. The speed at which it disappears depends on many factors such as the use of chemicals on the skin, exposure to the sun or even the PH level of each person's skin. For these reasons, gold-plated pieces require more care than silver ones.

 

💍WHEN CHOOSING A RING, WHAT WOULD MY SIZE BE?

You can use the sizing chart in your country as a guide, for example:

 

💎WHAT WARRANTY DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE?

All our products have a 3-month warranty as long as it can be seen that it was a factory error and not due to misuse of the part.

To do this you must send an email to fotoko22@gmail.com with your order number explaining the problem and a photograph of the product.

 

💍WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

For out-of-stock products you have the option of leaving me your email in “Notify me when it is available” and you will receive an email when it is back in stock.

 

💍WHAT DO I DO IF ONE OF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVES DEFECTIVE?

We check all our products before leaving our offices so we hope this doesn't happen. Otherwise, contact us via email  fotoko22@gmail.com

We recommend that you include the following details when you send us the email:

  • Order number.
  • A description of the defect.
  • Photo(s) showing the defect.

 

💎I HAVE SET THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG, HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you want to change the address you have to do it immediately because orders usually ship out the same day or the next day. To modify the address you have to send us an email to fotoko22@gmail.com
