We ship our items worldwide from Warsaw and provide fast delivery in USA and Europe.

The terms and costs depend the the destination and are calculated at the checkout. 

HOW MUCH DO SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is free for orders above €100!

• Poland: €4
• Rest of the world: Standard - €6, FedEx - 30 €

★ The international delivery duration varies per country. We are not responsible for the rights, taxes and other import charges and costs.

  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE?

Depends on the option you choose:

• Poland: 1-2 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days, FedEx - 2-4 business days.
• Rest of the world : Standard - 7-21 business days, FedEx - 2-5 business days

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

All of the orders are shipped with a track and trace code. You can find your track and trace code and instructions in the confirmation email that you receive after we have prepared your order. 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Of course!

It's very simple, you can do it for any reason. The buyer must send us the order through the means of transport they wish, being responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive it, we will proceed to exchange or return it. 

• Write to us at fotoko22@gmail.com indicating your order number and if you want an exchange (tell us the change you need) or a return.
• The time period to exchange or return an item is 14 days from the order delivery date.
• To do this, we ask that the products are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise we will not be able to help you.
• Please send the item using its original packaging as well as any instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it.
